Awesome Show at 242 Main on Thursday!

So there are two bands staying at my place right now. One is from Holland, Netherlands and one is from New Jersey. They're playing 242 Main in Burlington on Thursday, but the promoter has been a total dipshit and has not posted any posters around town, which is probably why I had not heard of the show until my friend Mike from After The Fall told me they needed a place to stay. Anyways, here is the information for the show. Post on you blogs, listserves, myspace, facebook, message boards...anything!

Antillectual (Netherlands)

One Win Choice (New Jersey)

Young Denver (Burlington, VT)

Fighting Polygon Team (Brattleboro, VT)

7 PM. $8.

I'm gonna make an effort to attend this show, I listened to all the bands and eh...I don't like hardcore too much but its alright, and I need to go to a show (been too long).

antillectual sound alright, If I'm gonna listen to a genre that's average to me it might aswell be from fucking Europe. I'm really sick of local B-Town hardcore borderline metal bands, It gets so old. (that's my personal taste)
Sucks to hear about the promotion, Ive only heard bad things about 242 so I'm not surprised.

There are a wee bit too many "metalcore" bands in Burlington that's for sure. Hardcore acts like My Revenge, Fight Back, From The Ground Up are becoming far and few. Although Unrestrained seems to be holding the torch, as well as Galen and I Remember. Actually I think I Remember broke up if I Remember correctly.....yeah ha.

Kaiser Wave is cool too. I just don't get into powerviolence too much. Same thing with Husbands AKA and ska.
